Buttery rich yellow gold, star set with 3 diamonds, and she's oh so comfy!
This piece is vintage rather than antique, but has Victorian vibes. 
Stamped and tested as 18ct gold.
Width at front approx 5.5mm.  
Finger size N1/2 but feels slightly smaller due to width.
Good vintage condition with some patina.
