All UK parcels will be sent Royal Mail Special delivery for guaranteed next day delivery. Order by 12pm for delivery the following day.

 

We hope you will love your purchase, but if you don't, for whatever reason, please return it to us within 14 days, in the same condition, unworn, for a full refund. As we are a small business, we are unable to cover postage costs on returned items. 

 

International orders are shipped with DHL Express, though we reserve the right to use another courier should the need arise. 

We will always declare the full value paid and commercial reasons for shipping on customs forms, and this is the correct legal way to do so. Antiques over 100 years old will be declared as such.

USA - for the USA only, we will collect duty and tariffs at checkout and pay them on your behalf, delivery will be DDP (Delivery |Duty Paid) and no further costs should be incurred. 

All other countries will pay import duties as necessary on entry. DHL will contact you for payment, and it is your responsibility to understand and ay all import duties and associated fees.
