Well, who can resist a sparkly star? 
This one, made in the late 1800s as a brooch, was crafted in yellow gold and set with handcut foil backed paste. 
We have converted it into a pendant, adding a 6mm jump ring using recycled gold. 
Makers mark AJS, which I believe to be Arthur Johnson Smith, who registered the mark in 1895. 
Stamped and tested as 9ct gold. 
Weight approx 3.85g
Total drop approx 40mm
Width approx 34mm
Good antique condition - some of the paste stones have discoloured foil backing.
