A gorgeous bright blue sapphire, surrounded by lovely white old European cut diamonds. 
This was originally an Edwardian stick pin, which we have lovingly converted, adding a generous recycled gold jump ring. 
Sapphire and diamonds are all natural, earth mined stones. 
Tested as 15ct gold (jump ring is 9ct)
