A gorgeous elongated oval bluish moonstone, surrounded by textured high carat gold, with a ruby set to the cardinal points. 
This was originally an early 29th century stick pin, which we have carefully converted, adding a recycled gold jump ring. 
Tested as 15ct gold (jump ring is 9ct)
