A sweet swirl design, set with a cultured pearl and tiny rose cut diamonds, in millegrain platinum fronted gold. 
This was an Edwardian stick pin, which we have converted, adding a recycled gold jump ring to make a wearable pendant.  
 
Tested as platinum and 9ct gold
