A really gorgeous example, this winged insect (fly? Beetle?) was originally on a stock pin. 
It was crafted in rich 15 t gold and set with a ruby, pearls, and tiny rose cut diamonds for eyes. 
We have converted it, adding a recycled gold 5mm jump ring.

Tested as 15ct gold (jump ring is 9ct)
