A beautiful cornflower blue sapphire, with gemmologist's lab report stating that it is a natural, unheated sapphire, with origin likely to be Sri Lanka. 
 
We have kept it in the original setting, converting it from an antique stick pin, and adding a fine vintage trace chain to make a simple, elegant necklace.
