This lovely vintage yellow gold heart padlock has been scattered with hand engraved stars and 2 blue sapphires (natural, earth mined stones)
 
The padlock is fully functional, allowing you to wear it in many different ways.
 
Stamped to the back and the hasp 9.375, and tested as 9ct gold
